Already Registered Before 2022?
If you were registered with Ngāti Kearoa Ngāti Tuara before 2022, you don’t need to re-register. However, you will need to reset your password to access the member portal. To request a password reset, please email whakapapa@ngatikeangatituara.com
If you’re unsure whether you were previously registered, email us, and we’ll assist you.
If You Weren’t Registered Before 2022
If you weren’t registered with Ngāti Kearoa Ngāti Tuara prior to 2022, you’ll need to go through the onboarding process. For this, please have your whakapapa information AND a photo ID ready to upload.

Paper-based Registration
If you prefer to register using a paper form, you can download the form below and email it to whakapapa@ngatikeangatituara.com
Once we receive your form, it will be reviewed by the Whakapapa Committee, who will:
- Approve your registration
- Request more information
- Decline your registration, depending on your whakapapa links
