Whānau Day

The whānau day was a vibrant celebration that brought whānau and tamariki together for a memorable fun day out. Activities ranged from pony rides, a bouncy castle, and face painting to sports, games, and live entertainment, ensuring something for everyone. Food stalls served a delicious mix of traditional and contemporary kai, including hāngī, burgers, smoothies, and cakes. A highlight was the mirimiri station, offering relaxation amidst the festivities. This event not only provided a fun day out but also reinforced the bonds within our hapū, underscoring the significance of kotahitanga.
